Truepower works through a multi-level model:

Distributors are expected to have a regional distribution network, warehousing and logistics, sales and technical support teams, and the ability to manage local dealers. For units sold outside India, the authorised distributor in that country handles warranty.
Truepower supports its partners with product training and technical guidance, marketing support, product documentation and dedicated dealer communication.
