Common questions

How long will it run in a power cut?
It depends on the battery you connect and how much load you run. A bigger load runs down the battery faster. Send us your appliance list and the hours you need, and we will suggest a model and battery: contact us.

Who should install it?
A qualified technician or an authorised service professional, following the product manual. Correct installation matters for safety, for performance and for your warranty.

How do I register the warranty or make a claim?
Register your product through the Help Centre on our Contact page, or have your authorised dealer sign, stamp and submit the warranty card. Keep your original tax invoice and the serial number of the unit. To make a claim, use the same Help Centre or ask your dealer.

Can I add solar panels?
This page does not list a solar input. Whether solar charging fits depends on the model and the set-up, so ask us before you buy panels. For a system built for solar, see Solar hybrid for homes.
